Located in the sugar cane town of Sarina, QLD this property is one of many ‘old fibro’ residences built on stumps. The client had previously added a large deck to the existing frontage, however there was still a lack of space within the house.

The extension includes extra bedrooms, en-suite and walk-in-robe as well as opening up the interior space to allow for a dining room. This facilitates a more open and welcoming feel to the house, as well as better ventilation for the bedrooms. The client wanted to do the painting themselves so unfortunately these photos show the unpainted interiors.
