Scope of Project: Off-grid 2 storey office, showroom, warehouse and storage shed. From the very beginning the clients wanted to incorporate solar energy generation into the design. They also wanted to make sure the power generation was clearly visible and even celebrated. After all, it is what they do!! That is why the main staircase at the front of the building is clad in solar panels and the battery storage is clearly visible from inside and outside the building. This coupled with the underground Geo-air cooling system means that this whole site is off-grid.
